Ewa is one of the most recently developed areas on Oahu which continues to feature new developments including Hoakalei Resort, a 726-acre master planned resort community featuring an Ernie Els’ Signature Golf Course and over 1,000 residential units. Homes and townhomes are affordable and new, and although Ewa is considerably warmer with regards to climate as compared to areas such as Mililani, it hardly rains and the area is home to several of Oahu’s most utilized golf courses.
