About Me
Sharon Kim Venegas received her Realtor Associate designation in 1982 and specializes in residential real estate. She has worked with Buyers and Sellers island wide and is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. She has been with Choi International since 1995.
From 1980 to 1988, Sharon worked at the State Legislature as secretary and office manager for the former Senator Ann Kobayashi. Her years at the Legislature enabled her to widen her circle of friends, associates and contacts which has been an asset to her real estate career.
Sharon is currently active in several professional and community organizations including the Hawaii International Real Estate Council, Kahala Business Association, Soroptimist International-Honolulu and Malama Manoa. She has also served as a Director for the Honolulu Board of Realtors, 1994-1996, 1997; as Secretary, Vice-Chair and Chair of the central Regional Group, Vice-Chair and Chair of the Public Relations Committee as well as a member of other Board committees. She has also served as a Director of the Hawaii Association of Realtors, 1997, and is a member of the Convention Committee of the Hawaii Association of Realtors.
She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Hawaii and has done graduate studies at the University of Illinois.
Sharon is married to Hector Venegas, has two grown daughters and one granddaughter. She has been a student of Qi Gong since 1997 and is a successful jewelry designer in her leisure time.
